Training of 10 lead ELT specialists, from both  school and university level from 5 regional ETAG offices of Georgia was conducted in the British Council Georgia office on November 13-16, 08. The trainers researched the ELT Global products Classroom Language and TKT Essentials courses material, conducted mini presentations and developed the vision of  transferring the contents and methodology of the ELT Global products to wider audience. A concrete work scheme was designed for training 240 practicing teachers countrywide by the end of February, 09. An official letter was drawn to the directors of the education resource centres as well as school principles about the importance of the Project and its benefits for the teachers. The information was placed in the national educational newspaper which reaches 2,200 schools. This the British Council project conducted in cooperation with ETAG.
