Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT)-Cambridge Test for Teachers

British Council Georgia together with ETAG (English Teachers Association of Georgia) offers the 3rd wave of TKT preparation course. The course start date is March 29 2008;  it will be 5 Saturdays course. Venue: ETAG office. 36, Chavchavadze Ave. Tbilisi 

Module 1

Language and background to language learning and teaching

• Describing language and language skills
• Background to language learning
• Background to language teaching

Module 2

Planning lessons and use of resources for language teaching

• Planning and preparing a lesson or sequence of lessons
• Selection and use of resources and materials

Module 3

Managing the teaching and learning process

• Teachers’ and learners’ language in the classroom
• Classroom management.

Registration for the exam will take place in the British Council on 20-25 March 2008.

Registration fee to be paid in the British Council is 84 GBP
