Meeting today's needs and demands for teachers' qualification ETAG is initiating two new 20 hour teacher training courses
1. CAE/C1 Exam Format training is a 20-hour training course which helps teachers to have a closer look at Cambridge Advanced English exam format, its content, skills and competences tested and the assessment criteria. The trainees will have the opportunity to draw the parallels between CAE requirements and C1 level descriptors of the Common European Framework. After completion of the course teachers will feel more confident to continue to work independently on the CAE exam material and get prepared for a real test. 2. FCE/B2 Exam Format Training is a 20-hour training course which helps teachers to have a closer look at the First Certificate English exam format, its content, skills and competences tested and the assesment criteria. The trainees will have the opportunity to draw the parallels between FCE requirements and B2 level descriptors of the Common European Framework. After completion of the course teachers will feel more confident to continue to work independently on the FCE exam material and assist their students to get prepared for a real test.

New online course for newly qualified teachers called’ Steps to Success’
British Council is inviting you to take part in the second phase of the piloting of the new online course for newly qualified teachers called’ Steps to Success’. Pilot will take place in the middle of May. Only two modules will be piloted that requires 6 hours input during two weeks time. Participants will be required to provide feedback on the course features and content at the and of the course.
